NEW ORLEANS, March 8, 2016—Neat®, a Philadelphia-based leader in Smart Organization Solutions for the small business, participated in the first season of Tech Makeover, a web-delivered reality TV show, by providing its small business solutions to one of New Orleans’ beloved bars, Spirits on Bourbon. Working alongside Patricia Hendrix of Ten Key Business Solutions, a QuickBooks ProAdvisor from Atlanta, Neat assisted the Tech Makeover team with a complete upgrade of the bar’s outdated systems and processes, installing modern hardware and software solutions to improve the operation of this small business.
Tech Makeover, hosted by Joe Woodard, documents the technology transformation of the small business over the course of 10 mini-webisodes, delivered online on Woodard’s YouTube channel and Woodard’s broadcast site. Woodard’s vision for the series is to show “one small business advisor’s efforts to transform the way a small business operates through the right combination of technology consulting, management consulting and accounting support.” For this makeover, Neat supplied Spirits on Bourbon with a NeatConnect Wi-Fi Scanner along with Neat’s Smart Organization Software to organize important paperwork and streamline their accounting workflow, making managing finances easier and more efficient.
“We were very excited to participate in the Tech Makeover and provide our small business solutions to help a New Orleans institution like Spirits on Bourbon,” said Jenn Choi, CMO at Neat. “Working with Patricia Hendrix, Joe Woodard and the Tech Makeover team, we set out to positively impact the way Spirits on Bourbon operates through our shared expertise and commitment to helping small businesses succeed.”
Tech Makeover premiered on February 22, 2016 and Neat will be featured in episodes 5 and 6 of this season. To catch up on past episodes and watch the entirety of Spirit on Bourbon’s makeover journey unfold, go to http://www.woodard.com/broadcasts.
