Gretchen Roede
President and CEO
Experience: Gretchen founded Broadpath in September of 2013. Prior to starting Broadpath, Gretchen led Garfield Group Public Relations, a technology PR firm, and was a member of the tech PR practice at Tierney Communications in Philadelphia.
Passion: Working with innovative divisions of large technology companies such as IBM, Deloitte, Motorola, ADT and Comcast; creating perceptual leadership for mid-sized technology companies poised to dominate niche categories; and moving innovative young startups to relevance.
Skills: Communications strategy that drives growth, Gretchen is particularly appreciated for her ability to identify the market positioning that ensure her clients stand out and increase market share.
Background: Ms. Roede attended Washington University in St. Louis where she studied Economics and Environmental Science. She resides in Pennsylvania where she participates on regional committees supporting technology and entrepreneurship
Kevin Jurrens
Vice President
Experience: Prior to joining Broadpath, Kevin was an Account Supervisor for GGPR, a boutique PR firm where he managed a variety of accounts in both B2B and B2C technology industries.
Passion: Creating meaningful content that helps his clients drive new leads or close sales; securing earned media coverage that favorably position his clients; fostering new relationships in the industries he serves.
Skills: Forming and nurturing relationships to ensure long-term success; simplifying complex technological concepts to tell a compelling story.
Background: Kevin holds a BA in Communications from Monmouth University. He resides with his family in Pennsylvania.
Mark Tordik
Account Supervisor
Experience: Mark joined Broadpath in 2014 and served in a number of roles including his current position as Account Supervisor. Prior to Broadpath, Mark spent the previous decade supporting the communications efforts of technology companies both in-house and at communications firms.
Passion: Having worked with B2B and B2C technology companies of all sizes, Mark enjoys devising powerful media relations, content, social, and direct marketing campaigns that move the needle for clients. Specifically, Mark enjoys working with companies in the AI, smart home, IoT, retail/marketing tech, and FinTech spaces.
Skills: Mark is a seasoned PR professional with proven success in increasing clients’ brand recognition through innovative communications strategies that effectively inform and motivate target audiences.
Background: Mark attended Seton Hall University in South Orange, NJ where he studied Communication and Journalism. He resides in New Jersey with his wife, two children, two cats, and two hermit crabs!
